Processing Technician - Lloyds Broker - 6 Month Contract
Job Information
6 Month contract with a mid-sized Lloyds accredited broking house.
Work in a friendly and supportive team environment to provide a range of technical services, administration and processing functions to support the effective placement and serving of risks into the Lloyds and overseas markets.
Hybrid City office / Home working flexibility is available.
Below is a wish list of desired skills and expertise but applicants do not need to have experience in every area. Our client is looking for someone with solid Lloyds/London market technical support skills.
* Pro Rata Treaty , Excess of Loss and Binder experience
* Understanding of processing and reporting for global accounts
* Technical understanding of Claims and Premiums
* Experience of the IMR
* An understanding of ledgers - preferred but not essential
* Strong numeracy skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and word competent
* Ability to read and understand contract terms - basic but deeper skills an advantage
* Good communication and organisational skills
What you need to knowâ¦
* Ability to start the contract ASAP
* Salary to £50,000 p.a. pro rata + holiday and pension
