Job Information

Our client is expanding and is looking for an Office Administrator for their site in Grays, Essex.  Starting in the January 2022, you will be helping in the office with Sales Invoices, Customer Services, taking orders and general Administration duties.  You will have a good telephone manner and be able to multi-task.  In return our client is offering a temp to perm for the right candidate with very good career prospects.

Duties:

Taking telephone orders

Tracking Orders

Customer Orders

Invoicing

Administration duties

Salary £21K to start

Hours of work are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
