An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Operative to join a friendly, well-established company in Thurrock.

The ideal candidate will have experience cold calling customers, as well as be resilient and able to manage difficult customers. This role would suit somebody with a confident, positive attitude and have the ability to deal with rejection on the telephone.

The main focus of this role will be to cold-call customers through internet research, gain information regarding their needs and contact details, inputting the data into a spreadsheet to pass onto the relevant department's Sales Executive's so they can manage and convert into a sale. You will need to make sure all notes are updated onto the system to ensure smooth communications between departments.

To be considered for this role, you must be computer literate as you will need to create databases/spreadsheets to manage contact details. You must also have excellent communications skills, both verbally and written.

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible working hours, up to 40 hours per week. The salary for this position is up to £20k per annum, plus commission.
